About the Role
SR Infotech, operating as a Blinkit Franchise Partner, is seeking motivated and diligent Picker & Packers to strengthen our store operations team in Kolkata. This position involves assembling customer orders by selecting items from inventory, verifying product quality and quantities, and packaging items securely for delivery, all while maintaining high accuracy and promptness to meet delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently gather customer order items from store shelves.
- Inspect product quality and ensure correct quantities are picked.
- Pack items carefully to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain speed and accuracy to support timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Completion of at least 10th grade education.
- Basic skills in reading, arithmetic, and smartphone usage.
- Capability to perform effectively in a fast-moving environment.
- Physical fitness to stand and be mobile for the entire work shift.
