Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned ServiceNow Solution Architect to spearhead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions serving clients in Singapore and the ASEAN region. This position requires a blend of deep technical architecture knowledge and strong business consulting skills. As a trusted advisor, you will steer solution strategies, enforce architecture governance, and ensure effective delivery across ServiceNow's Technology and Enterprise Workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle architecture, design, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Develop robust, secure, and scalable platform architectures tailored to business and technological needs.
  • Own the complete technical and functional solution design through all phases of the project.
  • Facilitate architecture assessments, design workshops, solution validations, and governance to maintain best practices.
  • Provide mentorship and technical leadership to development, engineering, and implementation teams.
  • Review designs and implementation strategies to ensure adherence to ServiceNow and industry standards.
  • Guarantee solution quality encompassing performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Engage with clients as a trusted consultant to translate business needs into technology solutions.
  • Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and architectural discussions with stakeholders.
  • Manage communications effectively across business, technical, and executive stakeholders.
  • Present architectural roadmaps, recommendations, and strategies to leadership teams.
  • Assess existing ServiceNow implementations and suggest optimization, improvement, and modernization initiatives.
  • Support pre-sales activities including responding to RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling ServiceNow solutions and value propositions.
  • Assist in effort estimation, solution sizing, costing, and formulation of statements of work.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to grow business.
  • Promote adoption of ServiceNow AI features including Now Assist, Generative AI, workflow automation, and intelligent operations.
  • Lead or contribute to AI-related proof of concepts and innovation projects.
  • Advise clients on AI use cases to enhance efficiency, productivity, and user satisfaction.
  • Keep updated on emerging ServiceNow platform advancements, AI trends, and industry best practices.

Mandatory Qualifications and Experience

  • Applicants must fulfill security clearance requirements due to client environment regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • At least 7 years of experience in ServiceNow consulting, architecture, or implementations.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deploy enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
  • Strong competencies across CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, SAM, IRM, SPM, App Engine, and Now Assist modules.
  • Proven experience in technical leadership, architecture governance, and guiding delivery teams.
  • Solid knowledge of ITIL frameworks and Service Management best practices.
  • Possession of ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and a minimum of one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven solutions, Generative AI, and specific ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Now Assist.
  • Participation or leadership in AI-related proof of concepts.
  • Familiarity with application engineering and integration architecture.
  • Additional certifications in ServiceNow, ITIL, TOGAF, or cloud platforms are advantageous.
