Responsibilities
- Provide expert knowledge and hands-on implementation of ServiceNow.
- Develop and deliver ServiceNow solutions by collaborating with Architects, Engineers, Business Analysts, and Testers.
- Engage with multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and DevSecOps.
- Write scripts and code using JavaScript and other scripting languages.
- Implement integrations utilizing REST APIs, MID Servers, and custom logic.
- Independently troubleshoot and resolve issues without needing escalation.
- Communicate directly with clients for technical discussions and solution design.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum four years of practical ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong expertise across ITSM and additional modules like ITOM, HRSD, DevSecOps, GRC, ITAM, and CSM.
- Proficient in scripting languages including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Bash.
- Proven success delivering end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.
- Capability to independently handle problem-solving and technical queries effectively.
- Relevant industry certifications such as ITIL, CSA, or CIS are preferred.
- Passion for ServiceNow and understanding of its organizational benefits.
