Job description
Overview
We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Platform Architect to join our team on-site in Saudi Arabia. This senior role involves leading the architecture, governance, and strategic development of a large-scale ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will operate at an enterprise architecture level and provide strategic advisory by collaborating closely with business and technology leaders. The goal is to enhance platform maturity, drive standardisation, and deliver sustained value.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement architecture principles, standards, and governance frameworks for the ServiceNow platform within a large enterprise setting.
- Function as the Design Authority to oversee architectural compliance and ensure alignment with enterprise-wide standards and strategic goals.
- Lead architecture review sessions, identify and manage technical debt, and promote platform standardisation and optimisation.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive ServiceNow platform strategy and roadmap that aligns with broader business and technological imperatives.
- Act as the ServiceNow Impact Architect by offering strategic advice on platform maturity, adoption, value realisation, roadmap planning, continuous improvement, and optimisation.
- Collaborate with senior business and IT stakeholders to convert strategic goals into scalable ServiceNow architectural solutions.
- Provide architectural leadership on major platform initiatives ensuring consistent design and governance practices.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior ServiceNow Platform Architect role or a similar capacity.
- Expertise in ServiceNow platform governance, enterprise architecture frameworks, architecture standards, and acting as a design authority.
- Proven track record in establishing and enforcing platform architecture principles and governance in sizable enterprise environments.
- Experience leading architectural reviews, managing technical debt, and promoting platform standardisation and optimisations.
- Thorough understanding of ServiceNow platform strategy encompassing maturity, adoption, and value realisation.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication ability to influence senior business and technology leadership.
- Combination of strategic thinking and pragmatic architectural leadership.
Location & Eligibility
This is an on-site contract role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be residing in Saudi Arabia to be eligible.
