Chaileela (Roadrunner Foods Private Limited) is actively recruiting diligent, intelligent, and experienced individuals for multiple roles including Service Staff, Captain, and Kitchen Staff, located at Paschim Vihar and Dwarka, Delhi.

Role: Service Staff

• Serve food and beverages to guests effectively.
• Take customer orders and ensure timely delivery of service.
• Maintain table setups and the overall dining area ambiance.
• Uphold guest satisfaction levels and maintain high service standards.
• Coordinate efficiently with kitchen and service teams.

Additional Roles Available

Besides Service Staff, openings include:

• Captain: Oversee daily restaurant service operations, manage the service staff, monitor guest orders and table service, professionally handle customer queries and complaints, maintain coordination between kitchen and service teams, and ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
• Kitchen Staff: Assist in food preparation and basic cooking tasks, including cutting and chopping ingredients, maintain cleanliness of kitchen area and equipment, follow food quality, hygiene, and safety protocols, and collaborate with chefs and kitchen teams.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in restaurants or cafes is preferred, though fresher candidates may be considered for suitable roles.
• Possess good communication abilities and teamwork spirit.
• Display a hardworking, active, and presentable demeanor.
• Exhibit responsibility and discipline in their work approach.

Additional Information

• Working hours span approximately 10 hours and 30 minutes daily.
• Job locations include Paschim Vihar and Dwarka, Delhi.
• Available positions: Service Staff, Captain, and Kitchen Staff.
