Service Project Manager

Overview

In your role as a Service Project Manager at Siemens Energy located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, you will spearhead critical projects that advance our international energy solutions. This position is geared towards seasoned project management professionals with expertise in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or mechatronics. Key Responsibilities

• Guide multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites to ensure collaboration and accountability for successful project delivery.
• Create and execute detailed communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and track project progress.
• Oversee projects from initial requirements gathering through to completion, ensuring that deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Leverage Siemens Energy’s proprietary tools and digital platforms for analysis, process enhancement, and reporting.
• Champion cultural change by coaching and mentoring team members to promote innovation and continuous advancement.
• Anticipate and manage risks via procurement planning and detailed responsibility assignments to maintain project health and conformity.

Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or closely related technical discipline with additional certification in project management (IPMA-C or PMP preferred).
• Bring between five and ten years of project management or leadership expertise, with proven success managing complex, multicultural, multinational initiatives.
• Demonstrate strong skills in documentation, including project reporting, milestone monitoring, and communication in quality audit environments (knowledge of QMiP, FAC advantageous).
• Experience managing complete project lifecycles, finances, risk assessment, and contracts aligned with Siemens Energy’s standards.
• Exemplary interpersonal abilities for stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and clear communication.
• Exhibit initiative, flexibility, ownership, and a problem-solving mindset geared towards innovation and analytical evaluation under changing scenarios.
