Procurement Manager - Reenergize Program

This role is based in Dubai and targets professionals with significant expertise in managing procurement for industrial or project-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire procurement lifecycle, including issuance of Requests for Quotations (RFQs), evaluation of bids, purchase order creation, and managing contracts.
• Work closely with engineering and project teams from early stages to develop efficient sourcing strategies.
• Identify and assess suppliers to ensure compliance with technical and quality standards. Negotiate pricing, contractual terms, and delivery timelines to maximize value and reduce risks.
• Monitor supplier performance and address concerns related to quality, delivery, or invoicing discrepancies. Maintain precise procurement documentation using ERP tools such as SAP.
• Facilitate both internal and external audit processes to confirm compliance with procurement policies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of procurement experience, preferably within energy, infrastructure, or engineering project sectors.
• Strong abilities in negotiation, analysis, and communication.
• Proficiency with procurement software and ERP systems, particularly SAP.
• Thorough understanding of contract law, international sourcing practices, and vendor management.
• Demonstrated capacity to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team.
• Familiarity with automation, control systems, and electrical procurement considered advantageous.
