Role and Responsibilities

• Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of aesthetic lasers and medical apparatus.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues at client locations.
• Provide both on-site and remote technical assistance to doctors and clinic personnel.
• Execute preventive maintenance, repairs, and system performance evaluations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and deliver fundamental technical training to customers.
• Collaborate with international manufacturers for technical support and sourcing spare parts.
• Document service activities accurately and maintain detailed client service records.
• Assist the sales team during product presentations and installations.
• Travel frequently within designated territories to service customer sites as needed.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Possess a Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech degree in Electronics, Biomedical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior experience servicing aesthetic lasers, medical equipment, or healthcare devices is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Effective communication skills in English and the local language.
• Readiness to undertake extensive travel for installation and service tasks.
