Job Overview
Ms/Celledge Technologies Pvt Ltd is on the lookout for skilled Fiber Field Engineers to enhance its technical team based in Mumbai. This role is pivotal in delivering hands-on technical support, overseeing installations, and guaranteeing smooth project execution in the field.
Role Objectives
- Collaborate closely with project managers and clients to grasp project needs and technical goals.
- Carry out on-site installations, testing, maintenance, repairs, and inspections of equipment at client locations.
- Identify and resolve technical problems promptly to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Offer technical guidance and training to field technicians and clients.
- Document all field activities, technical issues, and solutions meticulously.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and ensure all operations follow compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform equipment installations aligned with technical requirements.
- Install, configure, and maintain technical systems, hardware, and software at customer sites.
- Diagnose malfunctions, execute repairs, and validate equipment performance through tests.
- Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and preventive tasks to uphold equipment reliability.
- Respond to client service requests and technical challenges efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 1 year of field experience specifically in Fiber Installation or FTTH (Fiber to the Home).
- Robust technical expertise combined with problem-solving skills for effective issue resolution.
- Good communication skills and capacity to work collaboratively in teams and with clients.
- Project management skills facilitating efficient coordination of field operations.
- Awareness of safety practices and quality control measures in fieldwork.
- Physically fit to perform tasks in demanding environmental and field conditions.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages suitable for India's diverse demographic.
- Familiarity with pertinent industry standards, rules, and regulations.
- Knowledge about the latest trends and new technologies emerging in field operations.
- Experience with remote monitoring systems and data collection methodologies.
- Competence in using field service management software tools.
Additional Information
Number of Vacancies: 10 positions available.
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Compensation: Up to 3.0 Lakh INR per annum (approximately 15,000 to 25,000 INR per month).
