Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Service Driver, also known as a Customer Delivery Representative, to operate in Beaumont, Artane, and nearby areas. This permanent, full-time role offers a starting salary of 29,350, with an on-target earning potential of 32,500.
Daily Responsibilities
The job involves beginning and ending your workday from home. Your duties include servicing a diverse customer base by providing efficient problem-solving to deliver the best possible solutions. Tasks encompass performing services at client locations, including installation, fitting, collection, and exchange of units/products while maintaining exceptional customer service. Identifying up-selling opportunities and meeting company performance targets is also essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate vehicles to deliver customer service requests professionally and appropriately.
- Continuously provide updates and feedback to service management regarding customer service demands to meet expectations.
- Ensure all stock and services provided align with customer requirements.
- Collaborate on route planning for new service requests.
- Strictly follow company Health and Safety policies.
- Consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Hold a valid full Irish or EU Driving License with six or fewer penalty points.
- Effectively manage and prioritize workload within strict deadlines.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Show a strong commitment to superior customer service.
- Maintain keen attention to detail with a high accuracy level.
- Exhibit initiative and a positive, can-do attitude.
