Service Driver

About the Role

Join the Rentokil Initial team as a Service Driver based at our Athenry branch, responsible for servicing washroom hygiene products in the Athenry area and nearby locations. This role does not require previous experience as comprehensive professional training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Transporting and servicing washroom hygiene products such as feminine hygiene units, nappy bins, air fresheners, soap dispensers, and floor mats at various customer sites.
• Physically managing the loading and unloading of units and floor mats; physical fitness is essential for these tasks.
• Maintaining vehicle safety standards, driving responsibly, and adhering to company driving protocols.
• Delivering outstanding customer service while representing the company professionally at all times.

Requirements

• Possession of a full UK driving licence held for over two years with a maximum of six penalty points.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility in work hours to align with business demands.
• A proactive approach with a positive mindset and pride in work quality.
• Potential requirement to clear a DBS check depending on role specifics.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual base salary of EUR 29,350 with an expected on-target earning around EUR 31,000, supported by bonus and commission incentives.

• Relocation allowance up to £5,000 available for candidates relocating from over 2 hours away.
• Full-time permanent position with a standard 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, with an option to increase to 48 hours accompanied by salary adjustment.
