Role Overview
The Service Desk Analyst serves as the primary contact point for clients, managing a unique and dynamic range of challenges daily. Responsibilities include proactively diagnosing and resolving issues or escalating them when necessary. This role operates during after-hours.
As a key player within the Managed Services team, you will offer high-quality and prompt assistance to clients and their customers by addressing phone calls, emails, and monitoring alerts. Adherence to ITIL methodology is expected for incident management and service request fulfilment.
