Primary Responsibilities

• Stay attentive to guests’ needs to ensure an outstanding experience by understanding the menu thoroughly and suggesting suitable options.
• Assist in setting up, opening, and closing the bar and catering sections.
• Take and serve orders of food and beverages efficiently.
• Anticipate and respond promptly to guest requests, maintaining continual acknowledgment throughout service.
• Maintain a clean, disinfected, and well-organized work environment and equipment at all times.
• Adhere strictly to laws and regulations concerning alcohol service.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in restaurant service is advantageous.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and handle lifting or carrying weights up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to manage stress effectively in pressure situations.
• Friendly and cooperative team player.
• Strong natural communication skills.

Compensation and Additional Information

The hourly wage for this position is $17.60, consistent with the company’s internal equity principles.
