This role involves ensuring room attendants have necessary supplies and maintaining cleanliness in common areas while responding dynamically to various housekeeping duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of shared spaces and report issues that require correction.
• Engage in cleaning tasks, handling items, and facilitating room availability.
• Arrange and modify layouts and furnishings, including assembling and disassembling furniture.
• Collect laundry and replenish all floors with bedding supplies.
• Carry out specialized cleaning such as draperies, windows, balconies, decks, carpets, and floors.
• Address guest requests thoughtfully, enhancing their experience through individuality and creativity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior experience in a related role is advantageous.
• Good physical condition enabling standing for extended periods and lifting loads up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate initiative, prioritize tasks efficiently, and maintain productivity.
