Server Assistant

About the Role

Your main responsibility will be to collaborate with servers and support smooth operations in the dining area, ensuring guests have everything they need without having to ask.

Key Duties

• Collaborate closely with serving staff to provide an uninterrupted service experience for guests.
• Ensure all tables are immaculately prepared and welcoming at all times.
• Support the delivery of food and beverages, keep drinks refilled, and clear tables promptly.
• Proactively anticipate guest needs, such as providing additional napkins or refilling water glasses.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderly conditions in service areas while adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist with setting up and dismantling dining spaces during opening and closing hours.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Possession of a high school diploma or an equivalent certificate is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Prior experience working in a restaurant environment is beneficial, although a positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.
• Strong dedication to work and the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Physical capability to be on feet and move about for long periods, and to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Friendly demeanor and a proactive approach toward guest service.

Compensation
