Team Overview

The Exchange Middle Platform team is responsible for the critical exchange components such as the matching engine, real-time market data streaming, and analysis. This core infrastructure supports millions of users and maintains our industry-leading trading platform.

Role Summary

We seek highly driven engineers skilled in Java or C++ to design, develop, and enhance our trading systems including spot, futures, perpetual swaps, and options. The role involves building real-time market data gateways and optimizing system performance focusing on low latency, high availability, and scalability. Experience with AI integration to boost efficiency is highly valued, along with a background in large internet companies developing high-performance distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement advanced solutions across diverse trading products.
• Develop and maintain real-time market data streaming infrastructure.
• Optimize overall trading architecture for superior performance and scalability.

Candidate Profile

• Strong expertise in Java or C++ with deep knowledge of object-oriented design, concurrency, and system-level programming.
• Demonstrated experience in constructing low-latency, high-throughput, and fault-tolerant systems.
• Proficient in tuning performance, managing memory, and addressing concurrency challenges.
• Skilled in diagnosing and resolving complex system problems utilizing profilers, debuggers, and log analysis.
• Capability to conduct low-level and assembly debugging when necessary.
• Robust STEM educational foundation.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, system architecture, and network protocols.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience at large-scale internet companies handling high-availability and peak traffic systems.
• Familiarity with building low-latency, real-time, or high-frequency trading systems.
• Knowledge of message-oriented middleware and asynchronous programming models.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is advantageous due to cross-regional collaboration.
• Experience leveraging AI technologies to enhance system efficiency.
