Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join our technical team in Singapore. This role demands strong hands-on expertise in managing Java-based applications with a focus on production stability and performance.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Application and production support, ensuring high availability and responsiveness of Java and Spring Boot services.
- Implementing effective Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to enhance system reliability and scalability.
- Proficient debugging and troubleshooting across Linux/Unix platforms and complex distributed systems.
- Designing and utilizing observability solutions including monitoring, logging, and alerting to maintain service health.
- Applying Platform Engineering concepts to improve system infrastructure and automation.
- Working with RESTful APIs and microservices architectures to support agile and cloud-native development.
- Engaging in incident, problem, and change management processes to minimize downtime and ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Participating in CI/CD pipelines and adhering to DevOps methodologies to streamline deployments and integrations.
