About the Role
NVIDIA is searching for a skilled Senior Verification Engineer to validate the design and implementation of cutting-edge PCI Express controllers for GPUs and SoCs. This role presents an exciting chance to influence various high-impact product lines ranging from consumer graphics to autonomous vehicles and artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead verification efforts of ASIC designs, architectures, golden models, and micro-architectures for PCIe controllers at IP and subsystem levels employing advanced methodologies such as UVM.
- Create reusable bus functional models, monitors, checkers, and scoreboards using coverage-driven verification approaches.
- Analyze design specifications and implementations to define verification scope, develop comprehensive test plans and infrastructure, and ensure design correctness.
- Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and silicon verification teams both pre- and post-silicon to fulfill verification objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant verification experience.
- Proven expertise in unit, subsystem, and SOC level verification using Verilog and SystemVerilog.
- Strong knowledge of verifying IP or interconnect protocols such as PCI Express, USB, and SATA.
- Hands-on experience developing and applying constrained random, functional coverage-based verification environments.
- Familiarity with design verification methodologies such as UVM/VMM and industry-standard simulation and debugging tools.
Preferred Skills
- In-depth understanding of PCIe protocol versions Gen3 and higher.
- Solid grasp of system-level architecture in PCIe/CXL-based designs.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Perl and Python or other software programming languages.
- Strong analytical and debugging capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset for effective teamwork.
