About the Role

As a Senior Technical Architect, you'll be a key strategic advisor guiding enterprise customers and partners on optimal use of the Salesforce platform. Collaborate with diverse teams to craft scalable, effective technical architectures that align with business goals and industry best practices, especially within public sector and health industries.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure delivery of scalable, standardized architectural solutions tailored to exceed client expectations.
  • Evaluate and interpret business and technical requirements to guide solution design.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with collaborators and team members.
  • Act as the principal architect during engagements, coordinating multiple architects' activities.
  • Work closely with project managers and clients to align planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Review project direction, implementation strategies, and critical artifacts to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Lead early-stage solution assessment, proactively managing issues and engaging executives and product teams.
  • Mentor diverse groups including customers, partners, and team members on technical and communication skills.
  • Drive internal initiatives such as innovation projects, branding, and knowledge sharing.
  • Support pre-sales efforts to position Salesforce Services when necessary.
  • Participate in community giving by leading or joining volunteering activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise architecture focusing on cloud solutions, integration technologies, and master data management.
  • Capability to analyze, design, and improve business processes through technology and integrations.
  • Proven ability to advise customers on adoption of emerging technologies for business needs.
  • Strong independent work ethic coupled with a collaborative team approach.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Availability to travel regionally and internationally as project demands.
  • Willingness to rapidly learn Salesforce products and acquire related certifications.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with web services, cybersecurity, data modeling, and enterprise application integration.
  • Experience with enterprise integration tools such as ESBs and ETL platforms.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Hands-on experience delivering Salesforce coding and enterprise applications.
  • Certifications in Salesforce Industries, Agile methodologies, TOGAF, or related industry standards.
  • Membership or affiliation with industry forums like TM Forum.
