About the Role
Salesforce, a leader in AI-enhanced customer relationship management, is seeking a dedicated Employee Success Specialist with 3 to 4 years of experience in HR operations or shared services to join their Global ES Operations team based in Dublin. This full-time onsite role focuses predominantly on managing data workflows while supporting cross-functional operational initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize and manage data queue workflows for accurate and timely processing of employee information.
- Handle complex employee data transactions within Workday, ensuring compliance with local regulations and high data integrity.
- Monitor queue performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
- Collaborate with various internal teams including Recruiting, Payroll, Employee Relations, and Legal to ensure smooth end-to-end employee experiences and process enhancements.
- Support critical HR programs and organizational changes by managing sensitive cases and maintaining continuous service delivery.
- Scale Employee Success operation programs across additional EMEA markets and align with global strategic objectives.
- Drive initiatives for enhanced case management efficiency and integration of AI tools in HR processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert on core HR processes such as time off, benefits, and employee data management through Workday.
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles to facilitate self-service and reduce case volume using AI insights.
- Handle escalated employee cases with confidentiality utilizing Salesforce Service Cloud, PeopleForce, and BaseCamp platforms.
- Contribute to user acceptance testing for system and tool enhancements to support HR process improvements.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Professional experience between 3 to 4 years in HR operations or shared services.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Service Cloud and Workday HCM or similar HR systems.
- Strong analytical aptitude, particularly in managing data queues and workflows.
- Outstanding attention to detail and a methodical approach to process execution.
- Excellent communication abilities with a customer-oriented approach.
- Preferred: Experience in knowledge management, AI and automation in HR, working in dynamic multi-country HR environments, and additional European language skills.
