About the Role
Park Hyatt Dubai is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead its HR functions and ensure that people strategies are closely aligned with business goals, employee engagement, and operational efficiency. Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, this role is key in managing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance appraisal, compensation, and maintaining HR compliance. The HR Manager collaborates closely with hotel leadership to create a positive work environment that reflects top professional and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic HR partner supporting hotel management in driving culture, people development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Lead and mentor the HR team to deliver professional, confidential, and responsive support to employees and stakeholders.
- Manage all HR operations ensuring consistency with business goals, brand standards, and company values.
- Prepare and oversee the annual HR budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures compliant with company standards and local laws.
- Ensure strict adherence to UAE Labor Law and other statutory employment obligations.
- Handle recruitment and selection processes to support workforce planning and attract high-caliber talent.
- Champion talent development programs, succession planning, coaching, and career advancement efforts.
- Support payroll management, workforce planning, and HR systems administration with an eye on efficiency and cost control.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related disciplines.
- Between 5 and 7 years progressive HR experience, ideally within luxury hotels or international hospitality sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law, employment legislation, and compliance standards.
- Demonstrated skills in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, and general HR operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution capabilities, with coaching experience.
- Strong expertise in workforce planning, payroll processing, HR budgeting, and benefits management.
- Proficiency using HR software systems, Microsoft Office suite, and HR analytics reporting tools.
