Role Overview - F&B Greeter

As the first point of contact for guests entering the food and beverage outlets, the Greeter plays an essential role in establishing a welcoming, luxurious, and personalized atmosphere consistent with Forbes 5-Star service standards. This includes warm greetings, attention to detail, and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests on arrival, addressing them by name when possible
• Share information enthusiastically about menus, promotions, and specials
• Anticipate guest needs, helping with seating preferences and directions
• Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times
• Assist with phone inquiries, reservation scheduling, and follow-ups
• Keep the entrance and host stand clean, organized, and inviting
• Promptly communicate any guest concerns to managers or security
• Consistently uphold Forbes 5-Star standards, including personalized greetings, use of guest names, professional tone, and courteous closing remarks

Candidate Qualifications

• Service-oriented personality is crucial
• Experience in fine dining or luxury service environments
• At least two years’ experience working with a world-class luxury brand in a similar role
• Flexible schedule with a strong motivation for quality and service excellence
• Excellent communication abilities
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
