Role Overview

We seek a highly skilled Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing Data Foundation team concentrating on MuleSoft and Informatica products. This is a senior-level strategic sales position that involves managing and expanding a high-value enterprise territory, closing multi-million dollar complex deals with top executives, and defining sector-specific go-to-market strategies. The role offers a career-defining opportunity with a strong potential for advancement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline focusing on new business opportunities within your territory.
  • Engage strategically with senior technical and business executives including CTOs, CIOs, and IT leaders to drive sales efforts.
  • Implement thorough account strategies to penetrate multiple divisions within client organizations.
  • Build enduring C-level relationships to enable long-term business expansions and identify white space opportunities.
  • Create clear business cases demonstrating ROI of enterprise integration and data management solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with solution architects, professional services, and channel/ecosystem partners to optimize deal value.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular business insights to leadership, while actively participating in sales training and development programs.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise B2B software sales within competitive markets.
  • History of exceeding sales targets, especially in intricate and high-value transactions ($500K+ ACV, including exposure to deals over $1M).
  • Strong expertise in new business development and cultivating greenfield sales territories.
  • In-depth knowledge of API management, integration platforms, middleware, and data connectivity solutions.
  • Ability to communicate complex enterprise technologies and business values effectively to both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Proven success in building internal business and technical champions in large matrix organizations.
  • Consultative sales approach centered on customer success and ethical practices.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to company goals and collaboration.
  • Experience managing multifaceted sales cycles involving various decision-makers across multiple business units.

Preferred Attributes and Experience

  • Sales methodology training such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales.
  • Familiarity with complex IT sales involving global stakeholders.
  • Understanding of enterprise architecture, digital transformation, and cloud or hybrid integration patterns.
  • Experience with MuleSoft, Informatica, or equivalent integration and data management platforms.
  • Background in technical solution architecture or management consulting in a related industry.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and AI-driven transformation initiatives.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a comparable field; an MBA is advantageous.

Success Metrics

  • Achievement of annual new account contract value (NACV) and net new annual order value (NNAOV) targets.
  • Effectiveness in pipeline generation and deal conversion rates.
  • Account expansion, growth, and forecast precision.
  • Customer satisfaction levels and strength of client relationships.
  • Market influence and leadership in account planning and team collaboration.
