Role Overview
The Senior Technical Architect will architect and strategize the technical direction for AI-driven projects. This role involves cross-team collaboration to synchronize business goals with technology plans and enforce enterprise-wide architectural standards ensuring scalability, security, and high performance of AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a technical architecture framework aligned with business needs and technology roadmaps.
- Lead evaluation, selection, and integration of new technologies and frameworks organisation-wide.
- Offer strategic guidance on large-scale AI and technology projects.
- Design and supervise the deployment of scalable, secure, and high-performing AI systems.
- Mentor architects and technical teams, fostering best practices and innovation.
- Keep abreast of technology trends and promote adoption of emerging tools where relevant.
Technical Expertise Required
- Technical Architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF or Zachman.
- Programming proficiency in Python, Java, and JavaScript oriented towards technical solutions.
- Experience with AI/Machine Learning frameworks including TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Expertise in Cloud Platforms—AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform.
- Advanced skills in data management with SQL/NoSQL databases and big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark.
- Strong grasp of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and service mesh technologies.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience leading technical architectural transformations.
- Track record delivering large-scale AI-driven solutions.
- Deep understanding of architectural principles, systems design, and technology strategy.
