About the Role

The Senior Team Manager role is based in Jeddah, KSA, and revolves around driving continuous operational improvements through effective management of customer complaints, non-compliance issues, delivery inconsistencies, rejects, and hygiene audits. The aim is to implement proactive measures ensuring superior quality standards are maintained in operations.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Initiate and manage continuous improvement initiatives triggered by customer feedback and operational audits.
  • Lead root cause investigations related to customer complaints, food safety issues, and quality deviations in products and raw materials.
  • Develop and enforce preventive actions to mitigate non-compliance and quality risks.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure hygiene and operational standards through regular audits.
  • Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word, to document and report findings.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in quality assurance preferably within the food or bakery sectors.
