Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Planning Executive responsible for overseeing stock levels, strategizing replenishment needs, and ensuring products are available as required. The candidate must demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, experience in inventory control, and proficiency with Excel and ERP platforms.

Key Duties

Monitor and manage inventory quantities to maintain adequate stock levels.
Determine replenishment needs and formulate purchase schedules accordingly.
Examine stock movement patterns and evaluate inventory coverage.
Liaise with sales, warehouse, and management teams to synchronize operations.
Create comprehensive inventory reports and identify potential shortages.
Maintain precise inventory data using ERP and Excel-based systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

In-depth understanding of inventory control and planning processes.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formula creation, and reporting techniques.
Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with ERP systems; practical experience preferred.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in follow-ups.

Performance Indicators

Achieve zero stock-outs of essential products.
Ensure timely and accurate inventory replenishment.
Maintain accuracy in inventory records and consistent reporting practices.
Minimize occurrences of emergency procurement situations.

Industry Experience

Experience in industries such as electronics, components, industrial goods, imports, trading, distribution, or other inventory-heavy sectors is an advantage.

Educational Requirements

Graduate degree in Commerce, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related discipline.

Reporting Structure

This role reports directly to the Operations Head or the Management Team.

Location

Position is based in Chandni Chowk, Delhi.

Compensation

Offered salary ranges from INR 20,000 to 25,000 per month.
