Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and capable E-Commerce Operations Manager who will oversee the daily running of our e-commerce activities and lead execution efforts across various teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate everyday e-commerce operations ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Liaise with marketing, creative, technical, and external agencies to drive project execution.
- Collaborate closely with the Graphic Designer by supplying relevant creative and content contributions.
- Maintain an informed perspective on social media trends, effective content, and current success factors.
- Have foundational knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp Marketing, CRM, and digital marketing strategies.
- Oversee basic management of the website, product listings, campaigns, and e-commerce needs.
- Leverage AI-based tools for research, content creation, productivity enhancement, and routine tasks.
- Monitor task progress, results, and critical e-commerce performance indicators.
Candidate Profile
- Intelligent, self-motivated, well-organized, and commercially minded individual.
- Possesses a solid grasp of e-commerce, marketing, social media, and technologies to function independently without extensive supervision.
- Prior experience spanning 2 to 4 years in e-commerce, direct-to-consumer (D2C), or digital operations is preferred.
Compensation Details
The role offers a fixed monthly salary plus a performance-based incentive calculated as a percentage of monthly gross sales after reaching a predetermined sales target. Specific structures will be finalized through discussion.
