About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Team Manager in Maintenance Engineering at our Sa'ad facility in Riyadh, focused on the red meat sector. The successful candidate will lead a skilled, autonomous team managing engineering plant and equipment to optimize operational availability and efficiency. Ensuring internal customer needs are met within established safety and quality standards is a core responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee breakdowns and maintenance activities during shifts, adhering to safety and quality requirements.
• Coordinate planned preventive maintenance to guarantee equipment performance.
• Assess equipment deficiencies and implement corrective measures.
• Manage and operate within designated budget constraints.
• Identify training needs for maintenance technicians and maintain a skills inventory.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in maintenance engineering within the same or similar industry.
• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
