Role Overview
The HR Officer will support the Human Resources team in delivering excellent employee services specifically within the Sales Division. This includes maintaining personnel records, reviewing HR-related documentation, and compiling performance and workforce reports to enhance department effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Scrutinize medical reimbursement submissions for eligibility adherence to company policies.
- Confirm entitlement for employee bank loan applications according to organizational guidelines.
- Validate school fee claims ensuring compliance with authorized entitlements.
- Check payroll documentation for new hires and probationary staff to guarantee timely salary processing.
- Review requests related to terminations and final settlements for completeness and proper approval.
- Evaluate employee appeal cases by verifying documentation relevance and legitimacy.
- Ensure contract change requests comply with company regulations.
- Scrutinize contract renewal applications to confirm alignment with policy standards.
- Develop monthly and quarterly personnel performance reports and analyze departmental achievements relative to target objectives.
- Engage in incident investigations including root cause analysis and execution of corrective actions to prevent incident recurrence, while managing customer complaints, product recalls, accident probes, and regulatory compliance.
- Deliver QSHE training and awareness sessions to employees to maintain adherence to policies and best practices.
- Track and report QSHE metrics to aid in meeting department goals and foster continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in English communication (written and spoken).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities.
