Role Overview

The Senior Solutions Architect acts as a trusted technical advisor, collaborating closely with customers to design scalable and secure solutions utilizing the Forescout platform. This role involves leading technical discovery, architecting solutions, and overseeing deployment strategies while partnering with Professional Services, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Beyond implementation, the architect builds client trust, provides technical leadership, and innovates solutions that tackle critical cybersecurity issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements to create comprehensive and scalable Forescout solutions.
• Develop architectural diagrams and technical documentation aligned with best practices and client objectives.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding clients through project technical aspects.
• Lead technical discovery workshops and presentations to gather project requirements.
• Establish strong relationships with client stakeholders and act as escalation point for technical concerns.
• Provide technical leadership during project execution, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Formulate deployment strategies ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
• Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and constraints proactively.
• Stay current on emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
• Create and maintain thorough documentation and reusable assets.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams to develop solution proposals.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or equivalent in professional services.
• Proven ability to design and champion best-practice enterprise solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, IT infrastructure, system integration, API design, automation, orchestration, and DevOps methodologies.
• Proficiency with relevant technologies such as cloud platforms, networking, security solutions, and databases.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with dedication to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Current Forescout FSCE certification required; additional industry certifications like CISSP are advantageous.
• Self-driven with a proactive, positive attitude.
