Role Overview

• Engage closely with stakeholders to understand and address their key challenges by defining, designing, developing, testing, and maintaining new software solutions with support from your team.
• Lead a division within the consultancy, having substantial influence over team development and growth.
• This position is a fully greenfield development role.
• Work collaboratively with client teams to deliver performant and mission-critical software.

Candidate Profile

• Strong foundational knowledge in computer science, particularly considering constraints involved in hardware-limited environments.
• Deep understanding of computer architecture principles.
• Proficient in C++ and/or Rust programming languages; candidates with solid experience in other languages may also be considered.
• Effective communication abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
