As a Senior Software Engineer in our New Initiatives AI Labs, you will play a pivotal role in pioneering the future of recruitment technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of new AI-based products from concept to fully scalable production systems.
• Architect and deploy efficient, cloud-native solutions utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Collaborate closely with CXO leadership, influencing and shaping the company’s technical strategy.
• Manage the complete software lifecycle including development, deployment, maintenance, and scaling, ensuring seamless integration of AI models with user experience.
• Implement rapid prototyping cycles for AI experiments, iterating quickly to deliver impactful solutions.

Candidate Profile

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in software engineering, with a track record of delivering and scaling real-world applications.
• Deep expertise working with the AWS ecosystem, skilled at choosing optimal cloud services to develop agile and performant systems.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with ambiguity; capable of creating tools and automations where none exist.
• Exceptional ability to translate high-level business needs from executive stakeholders into pragmatic technical architectures.
• Strong versatility across backend development, infrastructure, and integrating advanced AI technologies like large language models.
