Role Overview

The Associate Program Manager of Strategic Initiatives is a prominent role blending strategic planning, execution, and leadership. Reporting directly to the Chief of Strategic Initiatives & Global Supply Office, you will be a key partner driving priorities across new business scaling, global operations, and data-driven decisions, helping translate ideas into impactful results and influencing Joveo's highest leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic representative of the CXO, pushing important projects across departments and regions.
• Collaborate with executives to identify and implement AI-powered growth, transformation, and efficiency initiatives.
• Conduct detailed analyses on business performance, market trends, and competitors to support leadership choices.
• Develop and deploy frameworks to convert strategic goals into tangible, measurable results.
• Lead essential cross-functional projects to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Bridge strategy and implementation to guarantee effective progress from concept to outcome.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or founder’s office roles, preferably within technology, SaaS, or fast-growing startups.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills capable of navigating ambiguity to clear understanding.
