Senior Software Engineer - Full-Stack AI

From creating user-friendly frontend interfaces handling live AI data streams to developing resilient backend infrastructures, managing vector databases, and orchestrating large language model processes within cloud environments, this role blends broad software architecture expertise with specialized AI application skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage complex multi-agent systems, task routing, and Human-in-the-Loop processes using orchestration tools such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Develop high-efficiency Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, devise indexing and chunking techniques, and implement hybrid semantic and keyword search mechanisms employing vector databases.
• Integrate and optimize cutting-edge LLMs and foundational AI models through APIs or self-hosted inference, addressing challenges like latency, token limits, context management, and fallback solutions.
• Establish evaluation frameworks to monitor hallucination, drift, and accuracy issues in AI outputs; enforce prompt safety and validation guardrails to ensure dependable results.
• Develop high-concurrency asynchronous backends with Python (FastAPI), Node.js, or TypeScript, design resilient REST APIs, and optimize with Model Context Protocol systems when applicable.
• Create responsive AI-native frontend applications using React or Next.js featuring streaming interfaces, chat models, agentic interactions, and complex data visualizations.
• Architect relational database schemas and coordinate transactional workflows with PostgreSQL, complementing with unstructured data pipelines.
• Containerize applications using Docker and build scalable, secure cloud architectures on platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and observability tools (e.g., Bitbucket, Bamboo, OpenTelemetry) to automate deployment and monitor software and AI model performance and costs.

Required Skills and Technologies

• Proficient in AI framework orchestration tools: LangChain, LangGraph.
• Experienced with vector databases such as pgvector in PostgreSQL and Azure AI Search.
• Strong backend development skills using Python (FastAPI), Node.js, Java, TypeScript, and API Gateway technologies.
• Advanced frontend capabilities with React, Next.js, and state management libraries like Zustand/Redux; proficient with server-sent events and web sockets.
• Experience with databases/storage including PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS S3, and cloud storage solutions.
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices, containerization with Docker, cloud platforms AWS and Azure, and CI/CD monitoring using OpenTelemetry.
