Senior Software Engineer

Job Overview

This role entails leading the planning, design, and development phases of software applications, focusing on both enhancements and new product creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deliver robust software solutions independently.
• Provide accurate estimations regarding project timelines and completion percentages to leadership.
• Investigate and resolve software system issues efficiently, following established internal standards.
• Manage and coordinate technical tasks within a small project team, including scheduling assignments.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of software, network, and system dependencies.
• Offer subject matter expertise and guidance to the development team.
• Lead initiatives involving AI-assisted software development methodologies.
• Comply fully with corporate policies, including ethical standards outlined in the Code of Business Conduct.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a closely related discipline, or equivalent experience in software development.
• Proficient in Python programming at an advanced level.
• Five or more years of professional software development experience.
• Preferred: Experience or interest in Data Science and deploying models into production.

Work Environment and Conditions

• Standard office setting with significant computer use.
• Physical requirements include prolonged PC usage.
• Role may require travel, both domestic and international.
