Senior Software Engineer (Angular)

Position Overview

This senior full stack Software Engineer role emphasizes development using Angular 18+ and .NET 6+. You will contribute independently to features and systems within a core Operational Excellence engineering team, demonstrating initiative, ownership, and deep technical expertise. The team maintains high standards in coding quality, security, performance, and testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clean, maintainable code adhering to Vista's best practices.
• Take ownership and manage feature delivery from design stages through deployment.
• Diagnose and fix issues, identifying root causes effectively.
• Engage actively in team retrospectives, demonstrations, and technical meetings.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing across the squad.
• Leverage product insights to influence architectural choices and resolve challenges.

Candidate Profile

• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with extensive experience in CI/CD tools and platforms.
• Proficient in Angular 18+ and Typescript for front-end development.
• Experienced in C# and .NET 6+ technologies.
• Minimum of 8 years commercial software engineering experience utilizing these technologies.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Octopus for containerization and deployment.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server database technologies.
• Experience with cloud services such as Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
• Strong English communication skills combined with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Possession of a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
