Job description
Job Overview
An established client in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Senior Service Mapping / Configuration Analyst to join their team. Candidates should bring at least 7 years of relevant expertise to the role.
Key Duties
- Create and continuously update detailed business and technical service maps.
- Identify and analyze dependencies among applications, infrastructure components, and services.
- Configure service mapping processes and manage relationships of Configuration Items (CIs).
- Ensure the accuracy of mapping data and troubleshoot any gaps or inconsistencies in dependencies.
- Assist in enforcing Configuration Management Database (CMDB) governance standards and support IT service management workflows.
Required Expertise
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Service Mapping tools and techniques.
- Strong knowledge of CMDB management and dependency mapping practices.
- Expertise in configuration management principles aligned with ITIL frameworks.
- Understanding of application and infrastructure architecture to support accurate dependency identification.
