About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Asset Management (ITAM) Analyst to join our client's team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring over seven years of experience, specializing in overseeing the entire IT asset lifecycle and ensuring compliance and integrity across all asset records.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets, beginning with procurement and ending with retirement.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of both software and hardware assets.
- Track asset ownership details, manage licenses and contracts, and verify compliance requirements.
- Provide support for software license management activities, including audit preparation and execution.
- Guarantee precise asset data and seamless integration of asset information with the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
Required Skills and Expertise
- In-depth knowledge of IT Asset Management processes.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow ITAM platform.
- Experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Strong grasp of license management principles.
- Understanding and experience working with Configuration Management Databases (CMDB).
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and asset lifecycle management best practices.
