Pioneer Powerco Company (PPC) invites applications for the position of Senior Sales Engineer specializing in Power Generators, based in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. This role demands an experienced professional to head sales and business development activities related to diesel generators, gensets, lighting towers, and associated power solutions and services within the Saudi market.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive sales initiatives and business growth for power generation equipment including diesel generators, gensets, and lighting towers.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with EPC contractors, major contractors, consultants, and end users across multiple sectors.
• Manage technical sales processes including tendering, quotations, and preparing technical and commercial proposals.
• Lead negotiation efforts and foster continuous business development opportunities.
• Travel as required within Saudi Arabia to support sales activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Possess 5 to 7 years of direct sales experience within Saudi Arabia focusing on Power Generation equipment such as Diesel Generators, Gensets, and Lighting Towers.
• Demonstrated strong network connections with key players in sectors including Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Utilities, Industrial, Infrastructure, Construction, Mining, Marine, Water & Wastewater, and Government.
• Proficient knowledge of technical sales, project sales, tender procedures, quotation management, and preparation of both technical and commercial proposals.
• Hold a valid Saudi driving license and have a willingness to travel throughout the Kingdom.
• Fluency in professional English is required; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
• Candidates with previous experience at respected power generation companies or dealers such as Cummins, Caterpillar, Atlas Copco, Aggreko, Himoinsa, Kohler, MTU, FG Wilson, AKSA, Generac, Wärtsilä, Siemens Energy, or GE Vernova are highly encouraged to apply.
