Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to strengthen our teams focused on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) in Hyderabad. You will play a critical role in talent acquisition, driving scaling efforts to enable Wise to advance its mission of seamless global money movement. Your efforts will concentrate on delivering the highest quality candidates while prioritizing a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and scaling of AML teams over the coming years to support Wise's global growth.
• Manage end-to-end candidate processes ensuring an excellent experience that reflects Wise's values, even for those not selected, maintaining strong talent pipelines locally and internationally.
• Establish and nurture relationships with hiring teams, guiding them throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Pursue continuous growth by seeking new opportunities and being willing to challenge your limits.
• Work closely with sourcing specialists to analyze candidate markets and attract top talent.
• Leverage data analytics to support hiring decisions, identify barriers in recruitment, communicate solutions, and optimize hiring practices for global scalability.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and People teams to support initiatives including referral programs, talent mapping, and compensation benchmarking.
