Role Overview

As a Senior Content Designer in the Spend squad, you will influence how millions of customers use Wise for spending both domestically and internationally. You will translate complex financial, operational, and risk-related subjects into clear, actionable, and engaging content, assuring customers feel confident and informed. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams including Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and Operations will be key to ensuring customers have a seamless understanding of their money management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep empathy for customers and gain a thorough understanding of their needs.
• Create simple, elegant, and user-friendly experiences that customers enjoy interacting with.
• Drive content excellence by defining quality standards within the squad and ensuring their successful execution.
• Work collaboratively with designers across squads to ensure consistency and a unified customer experience.
• Contribute actively as a member of the Content Guild, engaging with the wider content community at Wise.

Not Suitable If

• Your background is primarily in marketing, advertising, journalism, or social media content creation without practical experience in UX content design.
