Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Researcher specialized in quantitative methods to guide the measurement of user and business trust on our platform. You will develop and manage quantitative research strategies for product areas, ensuring statistical rigor and partnering with Data Science to promote a culture of solid data measurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead quantitative research plans including attitudinal and behavioral analytics, surveys, and longitudinal studies.
• Conduct large-scale studies using validated instruments such as NPS and trust perception metrics, and analyze behavioral data including funnel analysis, A/B testing, and retention modeling.
• Create measurement frameworks to evaluate and track success metrics for user review reading, purchase decisions, and subscription journeys over time.
• Execute advanced quantitative research involving statistical rigor from study design to automated data analysis using Python, R, or SQL.
• Explore and critically evaluate AI-assisted research methods such as LLM-supported text analysis, ensuring validity and recognizing potential bias.
• Collaborate with Data Science to establish shared metrics and pipelines, enforce study design quality, and translate complex statistical results into actionable insights for product teams.
• Mentor fellow researchers to enhance their statistical expertise and promote a shared understanding of quantitative methods.

Candidate Profile

• At least 4 years of UX research experience with focus on quantitative approaches and handling wide-ranging projects.
• Expertise in survey design, sampling strategies, psychometric validation, and statistical techniques including regression, factor and cluster analysis.
• Practical experience using Python, R, or SQL with large behavioral datasets (e.g., from Amplitude, Looker, BigQuery).
• Proven track record of applying quantitative findings to influence product or business decisions, including familiarity with A/B testing.
• Experience with AI tools in research workflows, able to critically assess their benefits and limitations regarding validity and bias.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across diverse teams and present data insights clearly.
