Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Python Developer to join an early-stage, stealth-mode fintech startup based in Dubai. The company is innovating in the realm of fully automated, AI-driven trading systems tailored for real-world prediction markets with a strong B2B focus. This newly established team in Dubai offers a unique opportunity to be part of the founding group and contribute to building ground-up technology in fintech and trading.

Key Qualifications and Experience

• At least six years of professional experience using Python, including familiarity with AI coding platforms such as Windsurf or Cursor.
• Demonstrated startup experience with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with building software products from the ground (0 to 1 development).
• Proficient knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
• Relevant commercial experience in quantitative finance or trading environments; broader fintech experience is acceptable.
• Currently residing in the UAE is preferred to facilitate collaboration and integration within the team.

Additional Details

The salary range for this role is between 25,000 AED and 30,000 AED per month. This product involves prediction markets based on real-world events and thus is not compliant with Sharia law.
