Senior Project Manager

About the Role

Bentley Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple projects and programs simultaneously while collaborating across departments to optimize project outcomes. This leadership role involves strategic input, stakeholder engagement at various levels, and enhancing user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for comprehensive project and program planning, documentation, and expectation management including milestones and deliverables.
• Deliver timely, detailed reports on project status and success indicators.
• Coordinate activities within program scopes to maximize efficiency and minimize risks.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within defined scope and budget constraints.
• Implement corrective measures proactively to maintain adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
• Confidently hold all stakeholders, including senior management, accountable for meeting project commitments.
• Conduct risk analysis to identify and mitigate potential project threats.
• Collaborate closely with Account and Success Managers to strategize optimal delivery approaches for assigned accounts.
• Serve as a principal liaison facilitating communications between internal teams.
• Identify issues and risks promptly and propose effective resolutions.
• Contribute to evolving project management processes and best practices for the team.
• Expect to be on-site up to 80% of the working time.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over five years managing large-scale international projects or programs.
• Possess PMP, Prince2, or similar formal project management certification.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with a proven track record of driving projects to successful completion.
• Effective communication abilities at all organizational levels, including polished written and oral presentation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
