Role Overview

The Senior Programmatic Strategist is a pivotal client-facing position focused on managing programmatic campaigns across channels including Display, Native, Video, and Audio. Responsibilities include campaign build, ongoing optimization, reporting, and strategic planning tailored to client goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily programmatic campaigns and client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop cohesive media strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Utilize first-party and third-party data for precise audience targeting and segmentation.
  • Set up and execute programmatic campaigns via Demand-Side Platforms such as DV360 and The Trade Desk.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance to meet pacing and goals, applying optimizations as necessary.
  • Produce detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Resolve issues affecting campaign delivery and performance promptly.
  • Coordinate across departments including creative, analytics, and account teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Serve as primary contact for clients, providing regular updates and strategic advice.
  • Deliver presentations on campaign plans, results, and strategy adjustments to clients.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in programmatic roles within publishers, agencies, or ad tech environments, with B2B experience considered an advantage.
  • Proficient in media buying, with hands-on experience launching and optimizing campaigns in DSPs, especially The Trade Desk and DV360.
  • Strong background in programmatic media planning, buying, and constructing measurement frameworks to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Solid understanding of how programmatic channels integrate with other paid and organic channels to exceed client KPIs holistically.
  • Proven success managing programmatic growth for B2B/SaaS clients with budgets exceeding $50,000 monthly.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and client communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with great attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.

Performance Goals

  • Net Sales Margin (NSM) attainment at 100%
  • Client Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 4.4 or higher
