Role Overview
The Senior Programmatic Strategist is a vital client-facing position responsible for the day-to-day management of programmatic advertising clients. This includes campaign creation, optimization, and reporting on all programmatic channels such as Display, Native, Video, and Audio. The role requires developing tailored client strategies and maintaining clear, consistent communication with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute programmatic campaigns across multiple DSPs including DV360 and The Trade Desk.
- Collaborate with internal teams to devise comprehensive media strategies aligned with client goals.
- Utilize first-party and third-party data to achieve precise audience targeting and segmentation.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to meet performance and pacing objectives.
- Generate, analyze and communicate actionable insights through performance reports.
- Quickly troubleshoot any issues affecting campaign delivery and results.
- Coordinate effectively with creative, analytics, and account teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Act as the primary client contact, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations.
- Present campaign plans and performance outcomes to clients clearly and persuasively.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of programmatic marketing experience in roles at publishers, agencies, or ad tech firms, B2B experience is advantageous.
- Hands-on skills in media buying with demonstrated expertise in building and optimizing campaigns, especially on TTD and DV360 platforms.
- Strong background in programmatic media planning, buying, and measurement framework development to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Insightful understanding of integrating programmatic with other paid and organic channels to exceed client KPIs holistically.
- Proven ability to manage programmatic budgets exceeding $50,000 per month in the B2B/SaaS space.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate collaboration and client-facing interactions.
- Sharp analytical thinking, detail-oriented approach, and a focus on achieving results while managing multiple projects.

Work Environment and Requirements
