Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager passionate about creating impactful products. You will lead your product domain, integrating technology, customer needs, and business objectives. Collaboration with engineering, UX, and go-to-market teams will be essential to deliver outstanding products.

This position requires presence at the Cambridge office at least twice weekly.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in your product area, including technology, customers, and market trends, becoming the internal and external authority.
• Guide product vision by partnering with engineering, UX, and design to prioritize high-impact features.
• Unite cross-functional teams by aligning stakeholders on shared objectives, ensuring smooth product delivery and transparent updates.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to craft compelling narratives for feature launches, demos, and communications.
• Engage directly with customers, internal teams, and industry experts to gather insights and validate product strategies.
• Empower go-to-market and technical teams with necessary resources, training, and tools to champion the product.
• Drive ongoing product improvements by transforming feedback into meaningful enhancements that increase impact.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in an Enterprise SaaS environment.
• Skilled collaborator comfortable working across engineering, UX, and sales/marketing teams.
• Effective communicator adept at simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Self-driven and autonomous while maintaining strong connections with broader teams.
• Experience in supporting product launches and go-to-market campaigns.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to convert insights into actionable product decisions.
