Job Purpose

As a member of the KSA sales team, the Senior Preseller will focus on maximizing sales volume while minimizing stale product levels, achieving distribution objectives, enforcing merchandising standards, collecting accounts receivable, and ensuring superior customer service. Consistency in operating procedures across KSA is essential. The role requires reporting market insights to supervisors for developing sales opportunities, attending professional training, and daily debriefings with supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell the full product range to a designated customer list, meeting or exceeding sales targets and maintaining stale product below defined limits.
  • Ensure customer service meets supervisor-approved standards through adherence to call frequencies and daily route plans, subject to daily supervisor reviews.
  • Conduct daily and weekly sales vehicle checks, maintain cleanliness and roadworthiness, and promptly report defects or damages to supervisors.
  • Promptly supply customer orders with full delivery details as required.
  • Manage customer stock levels to agreed thresholds to reduce out-of-stock situations.
  • Implement approved in-store merchandising plans in coordination with any company merchandiser, with supervisor consultation.
  • Inform supervisors of relevant competitor activities within the served areas.
  • Complete daily reconciliation of cheques, cash, and credit sales.
  • Maintain professional grooming standards and presentability.
  • Practice safe driving standards and comply with all regulations.
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company; non-compliance may lead to disciplinary action.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification.
  • Between 1 to 3 years’ experience in sales and account development.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Skills in conflict management and sales planning.
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
