Role Overview

We are seeking a senior-level Outbound Business Development Representative to drive growth by engaging with small to mid-sized businesses across Australia and New Zealand. This position focuses on outbound lead generation, scheduling product demonstrations, closing sales independently, and collaborating with marketing on outbound campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and other outreach methods
  • Arrange and coordinate product demos for the Sales Account Executive team
  • Partner with Marketing to execute outbound campaigns that boost market visibility
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, utilizing both new and existing contacts

Candidate Profile

  • Self-motivated professionals with a proactive attitude towards meeting personal and company goals
  • Extensive outbound sales experience of at least five years in comparable roles
  • Previous work experience in SaaS or B2B product-led companies
  • Capable of building and managing accurate and strategic sales lead pipelines
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with high attention to detail
  • Consistently driven to meet and exceed performance targets on multiple timeframes
  • Strong team player who can operate independently as well as with collaborative colleagues
