Core Duties

• Support synchronization of gameplay states and mechanics across multiplayer sessions to deliver a seamless shared gaming experience.
• Optimize networking systems to reduce CPU usage, memory consumption, and bandwidth demands.
• Advance prediction and interpolation methods ensuring smooth movement of game entities during multiplayer sessions, even under high latency and packet loss conditions.
• Develop, maintain, and improve existing networking systems tailored for multiple gaming platforms.
• Synchronize game elements and gameplay states efficiently over typical home internet conditions with bandwidth considerations.
• Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and targets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum five years of professional programming experience in game development.
• Proven experience contributing to at least one commercially released game, preferably involved through submission and release phases.
• Proficient in C and C++ programming languages.
• Strong communication abilities and self-driven work ethic.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Familiarity with networking prediction and interpolation techniques.
• Experience developing for Xbox and Sony console platforms.
• Knowledge of low-level network libraries.
